Titanium filter element ( including tube and plate type ) is made of high purity titanium powder.First, screening the titanium powder, select the appropriate particle size, cold isostatic pressure molding, through the high temperature vacuum sintering to produce the microporous filter elements. Due to the special production process, titanium filter has many unique excellent properties as below,
- The pore diameter is uniform, the hole shape is stable and the separation efficiency is high.
- High porosity, low filtration resistance and high permeability.
- High temperature resistance,it can be used below 280℃ (wet state).

Precautions for using titanium filter elements
-Titanium filter element is consumable, although it is more durable than other filter elements, it should be careful not to scratch or impact in the process of cleaning and disassembly, prevent man-made damage.
- In general,The liquid flows from the outside of the filter to the inside,reverse filtering is not recommended.
- When filtering, slowly pressurize to the required work pressure, no rapid pressurization.
- When working pressure ≤0.45MPa,the actual pressure more than 0.45Mpa, use clean air or clean liquid online to reverse purge in a timely manner.
- The titanium filter is used for reverse purge,first, use clean gas reverse blow,
Gas pressure of reverse blow is 1.2~1.5 times the pressure of work,3-5 seconds each time,
After repeated operation 4-6 times, then wash with clean solution,reverse washing 3-5 minutes, 2-3 operation times
