In modern industrial production, plate shearing machine is one of the most important sheet metal processing equipment, and its design technology keys are their safety performance and shearing accuracy.
Shearing process is to use a blade relative to another blade for reciprocating linear motion. After adjust the blade gap then apply shear stress on the metal sheet, then cut the sheet according to the required size. This method is usually used for cutting metal sheet. When the customer needs a variety specification of non-standard plates, we usually use the cutting machine for cutting, and generally the size tolerance can be controlled within the 2mm. It also can be used for shearing the blank of stamping parts.
