Metallographic Microscope
Metallographic microscope is the microscope on the microstructure of materials by using optical microscopy, macrostructure and microstructure of fracture are analyzed, both imaging and qualitative, including material microstructure quantitative characterization, also contains the necessary sample preparation, preparation and sampling methods. It mainly reflects the characterization of constituent materials, phase microstructure, grain, non metallic inclusions and number of crystal defects (such as dislocations), morphology, size, distribution, orientation, spatial arrangement of the state.
