Tungsten Heavy Alloy (WNiFe, WNiCu, WNiCo)
Tungsten heavy alloy is major with Tungsten content 85%-97% and adds with Ni, Fe, Cu, Co, Mo, Cr materials. The density is between 16.8-18.8 g/cm³. Our products are mainly divided into two series: W-Ni-Fe, W-Ni-Co (magnetic), and W-Ni-Cu (non-magnetic). We produces various big-size Tungsten heavy alloy parts by CIP, various small parts by mold pressing, extruding, or MIN, various high-strength plates, bars, and shafts by forging, rolling, or hot extruding. According to the customers’ drawing, we can also produce various shapes, design technology processes, develop various products, and later machine.

Tungsten Alloy Sheets
Applications:
They are widely used in radiation shielding material, as well as packing material and cable.
Low Tungsten Alloy
Low tungsten alloy refers to that the tungsten content is less than 90%, which are mainly used in special industries as a counterweight. We produce various low-density tungsten alloy products according to customers’ requirements.
Tungsten Alloy Shielding Parts
Tungsten alloy shielding parts are the first choice of radiation shielding. It can be used in the medical field and industrial field. Compared with the traditional shielding materials (such as lead), the tungsten alloy's shielding function is much better than others. Due to its high-density, the volume of tungsten alloy is 1/3 smaller than lead, but the shielding function is equivalent. These are also used as collimators, and shields for radiotherapy, and springe shields.
Tungsten Alloy CT Shielding
Applications:
These are mainly used in medical areas, PET shielding injection, tungsten alloy protective pot, deoxyribose (FDG) container, the camera detector, and technetium generator.
Tungsten Alloy Shielding Sheets
Applications:
These are used in shielding walls, floor shielding materials, shielding windows for spacecraft, shielding blanket, and shielding cover of radioactive nuclear waste.
Tungsten Alloy X Ray Target
Applications:
These are used in X-ray target firmware, rotator, fixed anode, cathode element, and detector element.
Tungsten Alloy Collimator
Applications:
These can be used as linear accelerators and cyclotrons in the medical field.
Tungsten Alloy Counterweight
Tungsten alloy counterweight has many advantages like high-density, high melting point, high hardness, strong corrosion-resistance, high ultimate tensile strength, high elongation, easy cutting, non-poisonous, no pollution, good impact resistance, and crack resistance. These are widely used in various fields.
Tungsten Alloy Aircraft Counterweight
Applications:
These are used as a failure of security devices to prevent the propeller speed too fast on the propeller control system. The rivet rod and crankshaft balance pieces can also be used on the satellite, and the aircraft counterweight helps satellite gravity set precise positioning and ensures its correct flight track.
Tungsten Alloy Counterweight for Aviation
The counterweight can be used in satellite, the helicopter rotor, missile, and aviation electronic equipment on the gyroscope.
Tungsten Alloy Counterweight for Oil Drilling
Applications:
These are widely used in oil drilling, which is drill bits, and counterweight made for professional drilling engineering.
Tungsten Alloy Gyro Rotor
Tungsten alloy gyro rotor is a key part of the aircraft heading gyroscopes. Its structure mainly includes the azimuth gyro, gyroscope rotor, the outer shaft (azimuth shaft) that supports the vertical through a bearing in the instrument shell.
Tungsten Alloy Balls for Counterweight
Applications:
These are used for variable pitch propellers of the pitch control system on the aircraft as the failure of security devices to prevent the propeller speed much too fast.
